Which photo should I choose?
Choose a clear photo where their eyes, face and markings are easy to see. Natural light and an eye-level angle give us a useful starting point. A clear phone photo works well.
What if the first preview isn’t quite right?
Tell us what you’d like changed. Artwork revisions are unlimited, and we wait for your approval before printing.
Is the frame included?
Yes. These portraits arrive framed, with hanging hardware included. Choose your size and available frame finish on the product page.
What should I know about delivery?
Artwork approval comes before printing and dispatch. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. If you’re ordering for a particular date, contact us before placing your order.
Can I give a portrait as a gift?
Yes. Start with a clear photograph of their pet and choose a portrait style. For a birthday or other fixed date, ask us about timing before you order.
