Will it really look like my pet?
Your portrait is created from the photograph you choose, with close attention paid to their markings, expression and familiar details. You see a digital proof before printing and can request unlimited revisions.
When will I see my digital proof?
Digital artwork proofs are typically emailed within 1–3 business days. Nothing moves to print until you have had the chance to review it.
What if I don’t love the first preview?
Tell us what feels off—the eyes, colouring, crop or expression. Unlimited artwork revisions are included, and your portrait only moves forward once you approve it.
Can you work from a phone photo?
Yes. Clear phone-camera snapshots are often perfect. Natural light, an eye-level angle and visible face, chest and ears give us the most useful detail.
Can you combine pets from different photos?
Yes. Your pets do not need to be photographed together. Upload a clear image of each one and they can be composed naturally into a single portrait.
How long will my portrait take to arrive?
Your proof arrives first. Printing, framing and delivery begin after you approve it, with current delivery estimates shown at checkout.
